Less than one week until the 2015 Perth's World Record Kilt Run!
Below is important information for all 8 km participants:
1. The Bib, Kilt and T-Shirt Pickup will be at the Crystal Palace (across from the Town Hall) from 2:00 to 5:00 pm on June 20. Come at 1pm to enjoy all the afternoon festivities.
2. Exchanging of kilts is VERY limited. Please be prepared with a belt and/or pins in case you need to adjust your kilt
3. T-Shirts will be for sale for $25 near the Crystal Palace. Numbers are limited
4. The "March On" is one of the highlights of this race. We ask you to gather behind Town Hall at 5:45 pm. Those who will complete the run in Under 50 minutes are asked to follow the first Pipes and Drums band to the right towards Mill Street. Those who will run Over 50 minutes are asked to follow the 2nd Pipes and Drums band to the left, towards Gore St. The pipes and drums will begin the March On at 5:50 pm. Please keep pace. All 8 km runners (except the Warriors) will follow the bands around a short route which will soon be posted on the blog http://perthkiltrun.blogspot.ca/.
5. There are several competitions within this race.

Single Age Winner: you are running against everyone that is your age ie. 36 yr olds run against 36 yr olds. Check for your name posted at Crystal Palace and pick up your medal at the Big Cheese monument beside Crystal Palace.
